New Neighborhood in St. Michael Will Add 381 Lots for Single-Family Homes

Tamarack has been planning the project at Gonz Lake West for a long time so we were especially excited when crews broke ground in late May. This beautiful new neighborhood is located less than two miles from downtown St. Michael, MN.
Situated on the western shore of Gonz Lake, future residents will enjoy open, natural areas throughout the neighborhood with views of wetlands, streams, and the Gonz Lake shoreline. Significant acreage was donated to St. Michael for a regional park on the west side of the development. Future phases will include parkland dedication of a ten-acre island parcel that will be connected with a trail system.
