    We are looking for a smart, driven analyst to join our team and play a key role in our investment and development operations. 


    This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who:

    • Just graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a technical major from a top-tier university

    • Has 1 year of experience in real estate, investment banking, or consulting (McKinsey, Bain, etc.)

    • Wants to be part of a fast-growing, high-energy firm where they can make a real impact


    Why This Role Is Exciting:

    • You’ll be working on live land development deals from Day 1.

    • You’ll train in New York for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to work closely with our Executive Project Managers in Minneapolis and Denver.

    • You’ll get exposure to every aspect of the land development process, from underwriting deals to managing project execution.


    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for land acquisition and development projects.

    • Project Management Support: Work closely with our seasoned construction managers in Minneapolis and Denver to track budgets, timelines, and project milestones.

    • Investment Analysis: Assess potential land deals, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos.

    • Market Research: Analyze local market conditions, housing trends, and competitive dynamics in the Midwest and Denver regions.

    • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare investor decks, internal reports, and presentations for leadership.

    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work between the finance and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

    About the role:

    The Real Estate Transaction Specialist plays a critical role in managing and executing commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a real estate paralegal, title closing assistant, or escrow officer and brings strong technical proficiency and clear, professional communication skills.


    Responsibilities:

    • Client & Deal Management: Handle multiple deals simultaneously, maintaining checklists, tracking critical deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, project management, and operations, to support the successful execution of land development projects.

    • Document Preparation and Management: Assist with preparing and reviewing commercial and residential real estate closing documents. Coordinate closings, maintaining a closing checklist, preparing and distributing signature page packages, preparing and reviewing settlement statements, and coordinating with various transaction parties as required.

    • Entity Formation: Preparation of formation of entities including: (i) filing formation documents with appropriate Secretary of State, (ii) preparation of the operating agreements and (iii) obtaining EINs.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal Certification and at least 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, title closing assistant, escrow officer, or equivalent combination required

    • Keen attention to detail

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without error, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests

    • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight time constraints

    • Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills are required

    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and document editing programs such as Adobe

    • Working knowledge of Title/Escrow Closing terminology

    • Working knowledge of LLC and LP Formations


    Compensation:

    $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
