McFarland is One of Three New Projects in South Carolina

Over the past six months, Tamarack began three new projects in South Carolina: McFarland, Somerset, and Cobblestone. McFarland is a 55-acre project that will add 159 lots for single-family homes to the York, SC area. Conveniently located near shopping and historic downtown York, the neighborhood will feature a pool and cabana for residents to enjoy. This is Tamarack’s first collaboration with Dream Finders Homes. Somerset is in Orangeburg County and Cobblestone is located in Bluffton. Each neighborhood will feature new construction by Ryan Homes.
