Land Acquisitions Include First Project in Colorado

June 2024 was Tamarack’s busiest month ever with 18 closings in seven different states. On the sales side, we sold dozens of finished lots to five builders: Lennar, DR Horton, K Hovnanian, NVR, and Maronda. On the acquisitions side, we acquired more than 275 acres across four projects in Colorado, Nevada and Ohio. Our new project in Henderson, Nevada is pictured above. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store!
