Gonz Lake West is located less than two miles from downtown St. Michael, MN and is situated on the western shore of Gonz Lake. The neighborhood features open, natural areas throughout and views of wetlands, streams, and the Gonz Lake shoreline. Significant acreage was donated to St. Michael for a regional park on the west side of the development. Future phases will include parkland dedication of a ten-acre island parcel that will be connected with a trail system. Lennar is the builder for the neighborhood.
