Tamarack’s development of Salerno Reserve phase one in Stuart, FL is complete and K Hovnanian Homes sales models are now open! Seventy-nine single-family homes are being built in this beautiful garden-style enclave with sidewalks, native landscaping, water features, gated entries and a private pool and cabana oasis. In addition, our work on phase two has begun. Grading and utility work this winter will allow K Hovnanian to add 88 townhomes to this gorgeous neighborhood this spring.
