Tamarack Hires Melanie Johns as CFO

Tamarack Land Development, a leader in the residential land development sector, has hired Melanie Johns to serve as the company’s CFO. As Tamarack’s Chief Financial Officer, Melanie is responsible for maintaining and scaling the company’s rapidly growing platform.
Melanie is a licensed CPA and began her career in the tax department of Arthur Andersen. She later transitioned into the commercial real estate sector and worked for several large multifamily housing developers including Trammell Crow, Gables, Cortland, and Carroll. These positions provided extensive experience in accounting software and systems, audit/tax compliance, financial reporting/planning, and investor relations.
Throughout her career, Melanie has found she really appreciates the tangible aspect of the land development business and its promising investment opportunities.
