Salerno Reserve is a 46-acre project located in Martin County, FL and is a partnership with K Hovnanian Homes. Phase 1 is comprised of seventy-nine 55' lots for single-family homes. Home construction began in late 2023. Grading and utility work for phase two began in early 2024 and will result in 88 townhome lots. Extensive perimeter landscaping will begin once Phase 2 lot construction is complete. Salerno Reserve will offer residents a garden-style enclave with sidewalks, native landscaping, water features, gated entries and a private pool and cabana oasis.
