Ryan Homes to Begin Offering Homes This Spring

BOLIVIA , NC (April 1 8, 2024)
Tamarack's first project in North Carolina is Middle Creek in beautiful Brunswick County. Ninety-two lots were delivered to Ryan Homes in December. Ryan Homes began construction right away and the first homes will be available this spring.
Development work on Phase 2 is well underway and 143 more lots will be delivered by the end of 2024. When complete, the neighborhood will include townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes.
Tamarack is proud to be partnering with Ryan Homes on Middle Creek. The neighborhood is situated in a wonderful, wooded area near Bolivia, NC. When finished, Middle Creek will feature sidewalks, a community pool, picnic pavilion, horseshoe pits, playground, and pickleball courts.
