Tamarack Welcomes Emma Bowles
Bowles Joins Tamarack as Junior Project Manager in the Carolinas
Tamarack Land Development is pleased to announce that Emma Bowles started in early June as Junior Project Manager. Emma is assisting the project managers in the region with day-to-day project activities including monitoring Tamarack's schedule, billing, and execution of active projects.
Emma graduated with a Bachelors in Science from East Carolina University in 2017. From there she began as a summer intern for an inground pool construction company in Charlotte, NC -- Anthony & Sylvan Pools. She worked there for six years, ending with a title of Production and Scheduling Supervisor. Emma then moved onto Nest Communities, a land development company in Charlotte where she served as the Land Acquisition Coordinator responsible for assisting with schedules and researching comps for future land. Prior to coming to Tamarack,
Emma worked as the Purchasing Agent for Saussy Burbank where her responsibilities included handling contractor and trade relations, managing budgets and purchase orders, and supporting field project managers.
In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with her parents, husband and son. She has two rescue dogs.
