Thiede Joins Tamarack as Project Manager
Thiede Will Focus on Tamarack's Projects in Delaware and Maryland
Shawn Thiede joined Tamarack Land Development in late July 2025 as Project Manager for Delaware and Maryland. Tamarack currently has three projects in those states.
Thiede is a Mount Airy, Maryland native who graduated from High Point University, North Carolina in December of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter, he relocated to the Delaware beaches and followed in his two older brothers' footsteps, beginning a career in the construction industry.
Over the last several years, Thiede has gained industry-specific experience in the fields of land development and civil construction on the eastern shore, having most recently served for three years as a project engineer & civil site estimator for Kinsley Construction's Civil Site Division.
Outside of work, Thiede enjoys spending his hours engaging in his other passions which include weightlifting, surfing, and spending time with his family.
