Shawn Kozera joined Tamarack Land Development in May as Director of Land Development for Florida. Kozera's career includes over two decades of experience in residential, commercial, and multifamily construction. He brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to every phase of development—from pre-acquisition due diligence through project closeout. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and strategic leadership, Kozera has successfully directed large-scale projects across Florida and Pennsylvania, navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering infrastructure on time and within budget.
Kozera's expertise spans land development, site engineering, and vertical construction, with a deep command of cost analysis, scheduling, permitting, and contractor negotiation. He has held progressive leadership roles with nationally recognized homebuilders and private firms, where he developed operational systems, improved processes, and cultivated cross-functional teams.
Kozera's hands-on approach, technical knowledge, and collaborative leadership style make him a key asset in delivering successful developments that meet both community needs and business goals.
