Middle Creek is a 750+ lot residential community situated on over 275 acres in Brunswick County, North Carolina. Development on phase 1 commenced in the fall of 2022 and the first lots were completed in the fall of 2023. Phase 2 development began in early 2024 and is expected to conclude by the end of the year. NVR/Ryan Homes has contracted to purchase the entire development. Once complete, the neighborhood will include single-family homes, townhomes, and duplexes. In addition, Middle Creek will feature sidewalks, a community pool, picnic pavilion, horseshoe pits, playground, and pickleball courts.
