Tamarack Starts First Project In Ohio

Indian Walk is in Miami Township, Hamilton County

At the end of March, Tamarack began its first project in the state of Ohio: an extension of the Indian Walk neighborhood in Miami Township/Hamilton County. The new development will be situated on thirty-four acres of rolling hills surrounded by existing trees and will link Foxpoint Ridge Rd with Newpine Drive. The first phase of 30 lots is expected to be complete in the fall of 2023 and the second phase will add 26 more lots by the summer of 2024. The project is a partnership with Maronda Homes.
