Woodhall Crossing is a beautiful new neighborhood northeast of Cincinnati in Goshen, OH. Phase one will be comprised of 54 lots and is expected to be completed by the spring of 2025. Phase two has 31 lots and is planned for completed in the fall of 2025. Maronda Homes will be the builder. Potential exists for three more phases to add another 140 lots in the future.
