The Fields of Waconia

Overview

The Fields of Waconia is a 70-acre project on the western side of Waconia that began in 2021. Plans are to subdivide the property into 213 single-family residential lots over the course of three years. Thousands of feet of new trail will help to connect the existing trail system. Two parks will be built and hundreds of trees are to be added. This will be a wonderful new development for future residents of Waconia. DR Horton is the builder for The Fields of Waconia.
