Tamarack began its work on Pleasant Creek in 2020 by building out the 6th Addition of the development, which provided 17 lots to local builders. The 7th Addition was built in 2021 and contains 30 single-family lots. The neighborhood was designed to fit seamlessly with existing development in the area, which includes townhomes, apartments and single-family homes.
