Oakview Acres is a 22-lot project that began in 2021. The 19-acre project resulted in nine finished lots in 2021 and 13 lots in 2022, all for single-family homes built by Dane Allen Homes. Residents enjoy access to Andover’s beautiful Northwoods Preserve, which is directly across the street from the neighborhood.
