Nightingale Villas is a small project in Andover, MN built in partnership with Dane Allen Homes. Tamarack finished all twenty-two lots during 2022. Care was taken in designing the neighborhood so that each home built will have views of existing trees, new landscape buffers or ponds. Dane Allen Homes is offering single-level, villa-style homes in four customizable styles.
