Monarch Glen is Tamarack's first project in the state of Delaware. Located southwest of the intersection of Fisher Road and Route 9 in Lewes, Monarch Glen will be comprised of 246 lots for single-family homes across 125 acres. The neighborhood will feature many amenities, including a clubhouse with pool and tot lot, a walking path, a variety of water features, and pocket park with a pergola and benches. The Georgetown-Lewes Bike Trail, which is the longest bike trail in Delaware, runs along the north side of Monarch Glen. The project began in September 2023 and is a partnership with K Hovnanian Homes.
