Indian Walk is Tamarack’s first project in the state of Ohio and is located in Miami Township/Hamilton County. The new development is situated on thirty-four acres of rolling hills surrounded by existing trees and will link Foxpoint Ridge Rd with Newpine Drive. The first phase of 30 lots is expected to be complete in the fall of 2023 and the second phase will add 26 more lots by the summer of 2024. The project is a partnership with Maronda Homes.
