Hunter Hills is a 207-acre project located in Otsego, MN. The project began in 2020 with twenty-four lots that were delivered at the end of the year. Sixty lots were added in 2021 and 37 lots added in 2022 and again in 2023 for a total of 158 lots. The neighborhood is conveniently situated less than a mile from the new Prairie View elementary and middle school complex. Lennar is the builder for Hunter Hills.
