Tamarack’s first project in the state of Colorado is an extension of the 1,360 acre DR Horton community, Harmony. This new portion will feature 56 twin homes that are conveniently located near schools, shopping, and restaurants. Residents of Harmony enjoy access to a pool, community center, park, dog park, and trails. The first 28 lots were delivered to DR Horton in January 2024, and the remaining lots are on schedule for delivery in July 2024.
