Greywood

Overview

Greywood is a 216-lot project that began in 2021. The 84-acre development is scheduled to be built over three phases; 68 lots will be finished in the first phase. Greywood will add much-needed single-family housing to the growing city of Delano. Great care will be given to plan natural borders and a variety of landscaping so the development transitions seamlessly into the surrounding area. DR Horton is the builder for Greywood.
