Greywood is a 216-lot project that began in 2021. The 84-acre development is scheduled to be built over three phases; 68 lots were finished in the first phase. Great care was given to plan natural borders and a variety of landscaping so the development transitions seamlessly into the surrounding area. Greywood adds much-needed single-family housing to the growing city of Delano. DR Horton is the builder for Greywood.
