Ardan Place is a 52-acre neighborhood in Rosemount that is scheduled to be constructed over three years. 2021 saw the completion of the first addition, comprised of 79 single-family homes and 137 townhomes. The second addition was completed in 2022 and added lots for 55 townhomes and 42 single-family homes. Residents will enjoy a dog park and sidewalks and paths that connect to the future schools and additional parks. Landscaping includes trees and ponds. DR Horton Homes is the partner for the project.
