Tamarack Land Development is pleased to announce that Reid Schulz has joined the team as Development Manager. Reid will be managing multiple single-family to multi-family residential development projects across every aspect of the project, from land acquisition through construction. Reid’s professional career began in 2005 in the civil engineering field doing single-family and multi-family residential subdivision design and engineering, taking on a variety of roles including project and client management. Reid’s projects included everything from residential subdivisions, multifamily residential, commercial and retail projects, parks and trails, and roadway designs. Over the last decade, Reid’s primary focus has been on single- and multi-family residential subdivisions, varying in sizes from 40-lot subdivisions to multi-hundred lot subdivisions. Most recently, Reid worked in land development with a national builder, managing a variety of aspects for large subdivisions. His expertise includes all aspects of development including entitlements, design, construction and project closeouts. After a career spanning nearly two decades, Reid finds that he is truly passionate about land development and bringing beautiful neighborhoods to communities for families to enjoy for a lifetime.
