Reid Schulz

As Tamarack’s Development Manager, Reid manages multiple development projects from single-family to multi-family residential in every aspect of the project, from land acquisition through construction.

Reid’s professional career began in 2005 in the civil engineering field doing residential subdivision design and engineering. Over the last decade, Reid’s primary focus has been on single and multi-family residential subdivisions of all sizes. Most recently, he worked in land development with a national builder, managing large subdivisions. After a career spanning nearly two decades, Reid has found that he is truly passionate about land development and bringing beautiful neighborhoods to communities for families to enjoy for a lifetime.
