Development Activity Draws to a Close as Home-Building Continues

It’s been an action-packed summer at Tamarack’s Northwater project in Otsego, MN. Earlier this spring, DR Horton began building homes in Phase 1, while grading and utility work began in Phase 2.  As Tamarack finishes up Phase 2 this fall, DR Horton is making plans for the homes that will be built there in 2023.
Northwater is a 97-lot project that covers 47 acres, including six acres of wetlands.
