Jeff Leone

Jeff Leone focuses on Acquisitions and Development at Tamarack Land Development. He began his career as an Investment Banker at Moelis & Co. where he focused primarily on real estate and restructuring. He then transitioned to Real Estate Private Equity as the sole Vice President of Investments at Hawkins Way Capital, a national fund focused on heavy value-add investments, where he led acquisitions and development. Subsequently, Jeff joined City Storage Systems (aka Cloud Kitchens) as the East Coast Acquisitions and Development Manager, where he led the company’s rapid expansion across various markets. Jeff has grown and scaled several real estate investment platforms and has over ten years of public and private real estate investment experience.
