Dean Kilbourne

As Tamarack’s Senior Vice President for Colorado and Utah, Dean focuses on overseeing projects in those two states from start to finish and growing Tamarack’s presence in the region.

Throughout his career, Dean has continued to grow and expand his leadership skills. He got his start as an estimator and project manager with a large heavy highway contractor and then transitioned into the home building arena.  He has led development teams for Centex Homes, DRB and Oakwood Homes. For ten years, Dean owned and operated Titan Land Group, a company with 45 employees that offered turn-key Land Development services, Surveying, and Real Estate Brokerage Services in the Carolinas.

Dean has always been drawn to land development and has a passion for coordinating all aspects of a project to deliver on a commitment.
