Dean Kilbourne Named Senior Vice President for Colorado & Utah

Tamarack has hired Dean Kilbourne as Senior Vice President for Colorado and Utah. Dean will be focusing on overseeing projects in those two states from start to finish and growing Tamarack’s presence in the region. Throughout his career, Dean has continued to grow and expand his leadership skills. He got his start as an estimator and project manager with a large heavy highway contractor and then transitioned into the home building arena. He has led development teams for Centex Homes, DRB and Oakwood Homes. For ten years, Dean owned and operated Titan Land Group, a company with 45 employees that offered turn-key Land Development, Surveying, and Real Estate Brokerage Services in the Carolinas. Dean has always been drawn to land development and has a passion for coordinating all aspects of a project to deliver on a commitment. Tamarack is excited to welcome Dean to the team and we look forward to working together to expand our operations out west.
