Brian Theis

Brian Theis is President of Tamarack Land Development. Brian conducts daily operations for Tamarack’s development projects, using his background as Senior Land Development Manager for a national homebuilder to bring a lot-buyer’s perspective to all Tamarack jobs. Brian’s career has allowed him to experience many stages of the land development process including navigating government entitlement requirements, excavation, home building, and landscaping. 

Over the course of the last several years, Brian has been directly involved in the entitlement and construction of thousands of residential lots. Throughout his career, Brian has found motivation in the process of land development — transforming a raw piece of ground into something that people will use and enjoy.
